Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection, select your favorite nail design, choose your preferred size or variation, and click Add to Cart. Once you’re done shopping, go to Checkout and complete your payment details.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: You can request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately via our chat or email so we can assist you.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Manila: 2–4 days

  • Provincial areas: 3–7 days

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Product & Custom Designs

Q: Are your press-on nails reusable?
A: Yes! With proper care, our press-on nails can be reused multiple times. Just clean them gently after each use.

Q: Can I request a custom design?
A: Absolutely! You can message us your desired style, color, or inspiration photo, and we’ll create a custom set just for you.

A: We accept DEBIT and CREDIT CARDS.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to replace or resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
