Our mission is to provide clients and customers with high-quality, easy-to-use nail enhancement products that promote beauty, creativity, and confidence. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years of age or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian. DIVINITY by K reserves the right to update, revise, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

All products listed on our website are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, textures, or appearances displayed on your screen will be identical to the actual product, due to variations in lighting, screen resolution, and device settings. We make every effort to ensure that all pricing, descriptions, and availability information are accurate; however, errors may still occur. In the event of any inaccuracies or typographical errors, DIVINITY by K reserves the right to correct such information, cancel affected orders, and notify the customer immediately. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice, and all payments must be made through secure and authorized channels such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, TikTok Shop checkout, or any other approved payment gateway. DIVINITY by K reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, unauthorized activity, or misrepresentation is suspected.

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, it will be prepared and shipped within one to three business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the buyer’s location, local courier operations, or unforeseen logistics delays. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched. DIVINITY by K is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs processing, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery information is accurate at the time of purchase. In cases where a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer may be required to shoulder reshipping fees.

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity, all sales made through DIVINITY by K are final. However, we value customer satisfaction and are committed to ensuring that every customer receives high-quality products. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact our support team within seven calendar days from receipt of the package at customer@divinitybyk.org and provide complete order details, including proof of purchase and clear photos of the item. After evaluation, DIVINITY may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund at its sole discretion. Refunds will only be processed once the issue has been verified and approved by our customer service team. Order cancellations may be requested within twelve hours after placing an order, provided the order has not yet been shipped or processed.

All content found on DIVINITY by K’s website and official social media channels—including logos, brand names, graphics, product images, text descriptions, videos, and marketing materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of DIVINITY by K.
