Our team will assess each case carefully within two to three business days and provide a resolution that may include a replacement item, store credit, or a full refund, depending on the situation. Refunds are issued only upon approval and will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout within five to seven business days. DIVINITY by K reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that are incomplete, lack evidence, or are submitted beyond the seven-day review period.

Please note that minor differences in color, shape, or size between product photos and actual items are not considered defects. Variations may occur due to lighting conditions, screen display settings, or manual crafting processes that give each product its unique finish. DIVINITY by K is not liable for damages caused by misuse, improper storage, or incorrect application of our products. Customers are expected to follow the provided product instructions to ensure optimal results.

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately so we can assist you in coordinating with the courier service. While DIVINITY by K will help facilitate claims, we are not directly responsible for courier delays, loss due to incorrect address information, or parcels unclaimed within the courier’s holding period. Customers are encouraged to review all shipping details carefully before completing their purchase.
