Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and preparation before shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times within the United States are as follows:

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Lost or Delayed Packages

Divinity by K is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping details, or circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please email us at customer@divinitybyk.org— we’ll be happy to assist and coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
